What this tool does
Most reported reviews are not removed, because being unfair is not against Google policy. Removal requires a specific breach — spam, conflict of interest, off-topic content, personal attacks, or a review of a business the person never visited.
Knowing the difference saves considerable effort. A genuinely negative review from a real customer will stay, and the better response is a good public reply rather than a doomed removal request.
How to use it
Paste the review you want assessed.
See which policy grounds, if any, it plausibly breaches.
Report it with that specific ground if one applies.
If none applies, reply publicly instead — that is the remedy that works.
Worth knowing
Reporting everything you dislike trains you to expect failure and wastes hours. Report the ones with a clear policy breach; answer the rest well, since future customers judge you on the reply.

How long does removal take?
Typically a few days to a couple of weeks. Escalation is possible if the first review of your report is rejected.
Can I remove a review that is simply untrue?
Rarely. Factual disputes are not a policy breach on their own. A calm, specific public reply is usually the stronger move.
Does removing reviews help rankings?
Not directly. Review volume and rating influence conversion far more than they influence position.
